Parking

Limited parking is available within the Botanic Garden at the Lady Norwood Rose Garden car park (2-hour limit) and along Glenmore Street near the Founders' Entrance.

During busy periods, parking can fill quickly, so you may wish to consider arriving via the Wellington Cable Car or public transport.

Public Transport

Bus: Take Metlink Route 2 and get off at the Botanic Garden / Glenmore Street stop outside the Founders' Entrance.

By Cable Car: Take the Wellington Cable Car from Lambton Quay and enter the Botanic Garden from the top station.
